Basic operation of biological microscope observation:
1. Press the power switch to the "I" side to turn on the power.
2. Put the specimen on the stage, turn the 10x objective into the working position, and focus the specimen.
3. Adjust pupil distance and diopter when observing with binocular head.
4. Adjust the up and down position of the condenser, the brightness knob and the aperture diaphragm to achieve a satisfactory lighting state. When observing with 4x and 10x objective lens, properly lowering the condenser lens can make the illumination more uniform.
5. When changing the objective lens with different magnification, the micro focusing hand wheel is needed to adjust it slightly. When using 100x objective, it is necessary to put cedar oil between specimen and objective.
